Hey guys! I need some suggestions. We're remoldeling my room and bathroom. I need some suggestions. The theme for my bathroom is ocean spa. We're thinking about putting down prego on top of my tile. Seeing if we can knock out my shower so that little corner will be kinda a sitting area and turn my bathtub into a shower/ bath. Everything in my bathroom is blue right now, sink, toilet, bathtub, floor, counter. So if anyone has any suggestions of people who could knock out a shower a good place for counter instalations good prices or anything let me know! Also i'm trying to sell the furniture in my room. It's a four piece set. White. Excellent condition. Chest of drawers, night stand, dresser with mirror, and desk with bookcase hutch. I'm asking $550. it's a great set for a young girl. so if anyone know anyone who's interested let me know. also if you have any handyman suggestions or decorating ideas let me know!

The Sun...a curse or a blessing?....
One of the reasons i love St. George is because we are lucky enough to have delightfully warm weather most of the year. Like today for example. It's perfect outside! Warm enought to run around and not get too hot but it's still warm. You can even lay out and get a nice tan without even trying but you wouldn't get all gross and sweaty. (if you don't believe me just come check out my sunburn from helping pass out fliers the last two days at DSC for elections) Honestly, what could be better. I get my recommended amout of Vit. D each day a nice tan and the sun just makes me happy. It's kind of like a teaser for what summers gonna be like. Perfect outside just hanging with your friends. eating ice cream or orange peel. no worries. getting tan. talking about boys. ahh bliss. the only problem with the sun is when it does that to me in the middle of spring semester....so i haven't gone to math for a whole week....and i've missed a test.... and i'm way behind...but the biggest problem is.....i don't care! cause the sun is out and i'm happy. except when i'm stuck inside at work like at the current moment watching all the free people outside enjoy the sunshine.... :( the worst part about it is it's only going to last like a week or so and then i'm going to sink back into my shivering cold winters blues and freak out about how much school i've missed..... but right now i'm content knowing the next couples days i'm going to be getting a nice tan... i love the sun. it's a blessing cause it makes my skin pretty :) and reminds me of fun times. it's a curse becuase now i'm failing math....but really, when am i ever gonna use that stuff anyway......right?

Things I've Learned by Maya Angelou
I don't remeber where i found this but it's really good. So just thought i'd share. :)
"I've learned that no matter what happens, of how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tommorrow."
"I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights."
"I've learned that regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life."
"I've learned that making a 'living' is not the same thing as 'making a life'."
"I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance."
"I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw some things back."
"I've learned that whenever I decide something with and open heart, I usually make the right decision."
"I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one."
"I've learned that everyday you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back."
"I've learned that I still have a lot to learn."
